About This Private Experience
Booking this private candle-making experience in Chicago includes all materials needed for up to 18 guests to create their very own hand-poured candles to take home. During the workshop, you can select your favorite fragrance and vessel, and our instructor will guide your group step by step through the candle-making process.
Please note: Snacks or drinks are allowed while your candles set, but arriving late cannot extend your reserved time in the private room. Upon arrival, please have a valid ID ready for check-in.

General Information
Hosts are welcome to set up 30 minutes prior to the event start time. We encourage a space preview by calling 773-661-9294 or stopping by during regular business hours. Clean-up is included at no extra charge. For additional date and time availability, please contact us via email at info@candlecastle.store.
Cancellation & Late Policy
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to your scheduled booking. Chicago traffic and parking can be unpredictable, so plan accordingly. Your private room time cannot be extended for late arrivals.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made 3 days prior to your event. Rescheduling to another available date or time is also possible. Same-day or next-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Parking
We recommend using Lyft or Uber when possible. If driving, the best options are residential streets off Wilmont Ave. or Leavitt St. Avoid parking during street cleaning or block parties. Metered parking is available on nearby streets ($2.50/hour). Consider downloading the Park Chicago app to locate parking. Arrive early to ensure timely check-in!
Age Requirements
All participants over 4 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under 4 cannot participate due to the handling of hot wax. Thank you for your cooperation!
BYOB Requirements
For private events, participants consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older. Please drink responsibly. Candle Castle reserves the right to deny service to anyone not following policies. Thank you for your cooperation.

This candle smells great and burns really well. I've had trouble keeping wood wicks lit in the past, especially with soy wax (which this candle seems to be), but I'm having no trouble at all with this one!

I had a wonderful time celebrating my friend's birthday here. The instructor, Eliianna, was so delightful and fun. The scents, the vessels, and the toppings were all so good!!
